Why Our Foods Seem to be Losing Their Nutrition.

While our produce may appear the same as they have always been, our fruits and vegetables are simply not as nutrient-dense as they once were. Modern farming practices, soil depletion, and the use of synthetic fertilizers all contribute to this issue. This decline in nutritional value can contribute to global health issues such as malnutrition. In response, there is a growing movement toward more sustainable farming practices that prioritize improving the nutrition of our food.
