Grains are an everyday staple in our diets due to their health benefits and nutrition, causing an increase in their use in our pantry staples from cereal to ice cream. Companies such as Van Leeuwen, Seven Sundays, Purely Elizabeth and Cascadian Farms are incorporating grains, from kernza to buckwheat, into their products. These grains are high in protein, fiber, and antioxidants, making them ideal for enhancing the nutritional profile of everyday foods. We are excited to see this trend continue.
