ABOUT ME

  Niki Donath is a senior at the Dwight-Englewood School in New Jersey. Growing up in New York City, Niki comes from a family with Hispanic roots and strong ties to Latin America, enriched by a heritage that includes Ladino culture. She attended the Abraham Joshua Heschel School before transitioning to Dwight-Englewood for high school, where she has excelled across all academic disciplines. Her interests span English, Math, History, and Art, and she plans to study Urban Studies, Economics, and English in college.Niki is an avid artist and ceramicist, with a passion for creative expression. She has played school and club volleyball extensively over the past five years. In addition, as head of the Investment Club, Niki demonstrates a keen interest in leadership and entrepreneurial thinking. She also devotes her time to serving on the leadership council of her synagogue.

 

  Deeply passionate about food equity and sustainability, Niki volunteers in her school’s kitchen and actively explores how food systems can support community well-being. Her love of food extends beyond preparation to include understanding its cultural, historical, and economic significance. Niki enjoys skiing, digital design, and experiencing different cultures through travel, particularly in Latin America.Her proficiency in Spanish and Hebrew complements her global outlook and her ability to connect with diverse communities.
